Villa Rosa is a lovely one storey privately owned villa, located in a quiet and rural setting yet not far from the centre of Vilamoura where you can find all the usual amenities of a resort. The villa itself has just been completely renovated and re furnished and now offers excellent value. It is well equipped and provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people. It is fully air-conditioned.

Accommodation consists of one double and two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom and one shower room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a separate utility room with washing machine. The well appointed living room has a stereo CD, TV and a DVD player.

There is a large roof terrace and a small garden area with shrubs and small trees. The swimming pool (approx 7mx4m) is set within a terraced area complete with a good selection of outdoor furniture and a purpose built barbecue area.
