It is completely enclosed with railings and two gates, which can provide a secure area for young children whilst relaxing outside. The pool has an electric cover, which helps maintain the water at a very warm temperature throughout the year, roman steps at one end and a large patio with sunbeds.

The grounds are extensive and include an orchard, grassed areas, cobbled walkways all around the house and even (unused) stables. The entrance to the property is through a remote controlled gate and there is shaded parking for several vehicles.
