Situated within short walking distance of Albufeira marina and the beach, Villa Andrea is a spacious, airy 4 bedroom villa. Whilst it is located in a residential area and the outside area is not very large, the inside of the villa makes up for it with ample, open spaces and tall ceilings.

The villa is entered on the first floor where there is a bathroom off the entrance hall followed by a living room and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and french doors onto a patio with a purpose built barbeque. The large L-shaped living room has french doors opening out onto a balcony overlooking the pool area and enjoying views across to the marina. Other french doors open onto the kitchen patio with stairs leading up to a large roof terrace with even better views of the marina, the sea and across to the hills.

Downstairs there are three full bathrooms, three formal bedrooms and a fourth sleeping area. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom. It's en suite bathroom has an unusual stepped bath, a shower and double wash basin. Bedroom 2 is a twin and Bedroom 3 a double. They share two bathrooms, one with shower only and the other with bath and shower above. The fourth sleeping space is in one of two large joining rooms, one of which can be used as an indoor play area and the other which has a wardrobe, dresser and small double bed. A further single bed can be put into this room to sleep an extra person if necessary.

Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 all have french doors that lead onto the lower balcony which overlooks and has steps down to the pool area. The pool area is completely paved to maximise the area for sunbeds and there is an outside shower. From here there are views across to the marina. At the side of the villa are steps rising back up to the entrance level with flower beds planted with an assortment of beautiful flowers and small trees, including a fruiting banana tree.
